Integration api

The integration api allows you to integrate the Photometric Editor with your IES or LDT hosted on your website. Instead of users having to download your IES/LDT files and then upload them to Photometric Editor to get a detailed photometric overview, they can simply click on a link on your website and sent directly to Photometric Editor with your file loaded. This integration gives your customers a seamless smooth access to view your photometric data easily.

The integration works by you making your link reference to https://photometriceditor.com?pubkey=xxxxx-pupkey-xxxxx&fileid={Your-file-id} for each of you products/files maybe with a title that says “View detailed photometrics”. When the user clicks on the link will the backend of the Photometric Editor know from the xxxxx-pupkey-xxxxx that it will have to load the IES/LDT file from your server using the url you have specified in “Setup integration”. From the user perspective will your file load in the Photometric Editor instantly making the navigation process easy and simple.
